Structure of the Knights Templar
 
Rank 1 -- Guild Master (GM)

  • The GM must currently have a character in the Roundtable.
  • 6 month elected position
  • Vote will be on the person NOT the character. That person is encouraged to use a lvl 1 character to serve this purpose.
  • Think Club President
  • The person elected (not character) must have been active in the guild for a consistent six (6) months.
  • There will be NO consecutive terms.
  • The outgoing GM is expected to serve the new GM in an advisory role, as needed.

    Rank 2 -- Roundtable (RT)
  • Must be a lvl 70 character.
  • Only one character per person.
  • Each group of lower level characters will be represented/overseen by a RT member.
  • Willing to do one of the following examples of guild work:
         [ Leading raids
         [ Guild Craftsman (must be maxed) <-- see Guild Crafters
         [ Guild Quartermaster Corps
         [ Coordinator of Leveling Opportunities
         [ Instance Experts / Reference
         [ Vent Coordinator
         [ Events Coordinator
              [ Set up raids
              [ Interface with other guilds
              [ Farm Runs
              [ Leveling runs
              [ Instance events
              [ Social Events
         [ PVP / World PVP Coordinator
         [ Recruit/Membership Coordinator
         [ Guild Bankers

    Rank 3 -- RT Alts
    The alts of Roundtable members may serve in the capacity of their RT member instead of switching characters.

    Rank 4 -- Knights of the Higher Calling
  • This is the highest level a member can achieve prior to level 70.
  • Must be in Guild a minimum of three (3) months.
  • Open to members who are willing to drop anything at any time when the PVP Flare is thrown up by a fellow guildie.
  • Any mounted member is eligible, pending RT approval.

    Rank 5 -- Knights
  • Any level.
  • Must be mounted
  • Must have been in the Guild a minimum of three (3) months.
  • Must be on this character a certain percentage of time. (% TBD)
  • Must work with other Guildies.

    Rank 6 -- Calvary
  • Mounted
  • Any level
  • Must be in Guild a minimum of two (2) months.
  • The Instance Coordinator will promote members from Phalanx to Calvary rank.

    Rank 7 -- Phalanx
  • Any character in the Guild that has been in the Guild for at least six (6) weeks.
  • The Recruit Coordinator will promote members from Apprentice to Phalanx

    Rank 8 -- Apprentice
  • New to guild; all profile information is filled in correctly.
  • Apprentices are required to send an in-game msg to the Recruit Coordinator each day they are logged in with a summary of what they did/accomplished while on that character and a note if they need anything (example = bags).

    Rank 9 -- Civilians (Muted)
  • Entry spot. Characters will are in this rank until their profile information is collected.
  • This rank also serves as Muted - a state any character may be reverted to for abuse of guild privileges, including guild chat.

    The GM and/or Recruit Coordinator has the right to boot any character that has not logged in (or notified the GM/Recruit Coordinator of a special situation) for two (2) months or more. Military obligations will ALWAYS be honored and their rank in guild will not be changed while gone.

    This ranking system was voted upon by a quorum at the August 29, 2008 Guild meeting. Nigle moved. DeathMouse 2nd. A roll-call vote was taken and it was unanimous. Present at the meeting were: Accadia, Billyum, Schorn, DeathMouse, Shyann, IrishRose, Rickyticky, Nigle, Varchemical and Polarman as well as MobileAlpha - who was unanimously elected GM for the first 6 month term!

    Guild Profiles

    When you invite someone to the guild, the following information is mandatory.

  • Main or Alt
  • Professions (please note if over 300)
  • Recruiter's name in game (use your Main)
  • If an alt, include their main's name.
