Questions in this FAQ:

What is the Knights Templar?
The Knights Templar is an Alliance guild in the Haomarush Realm. Our players are easy-going, helpful players who enjoy many aspects of the game. This includes raiding, questing, instances, exploring and everything else in between. By joining the guild you are assumed to be a friendly person and willing to help out others when you can.

Are alts allowed in the guild?
Yes. Our members are asked to designate which character is his or her main. When signing up on our forum however, please use your main character's name. While there is no limit on the number of alts a person can have in the guild, it is requested that a character achieves level 70 before starting numerous alts.

What guild services and programs are there?
Quartermaster
The guild set up another guild for the sole purpose of working as a Quartermaster. If you need help with your armor, send an in game mail to Billyum (Riddyck is his char in the quartermaster guild).

Lock-picking
If you're a rogue and you'd like to volunteer for the lock-picking service, please send an in-game mail to MamaJeanne saying that you would be interested and what your current lock-picking skill level is at so that she can send you the right type of boxes to unlock. If you need something picked, please see Wammy.

Bags
We want to make sure guildies get the most out of the time they spend online. If you can use a few larger bags, send an in-game mail to MamaJeanne with a list of the bags you have at the moment. Any suitable bags you get can be exchanged for your current ones which can then be sent to the Guild Bank for others to use. If you can tailor bags and have some spare materials, please consider donating a few extras.

Level 1-20 characters will receive 8 or 10 slot bags.
Level 21-40 characters will receive 12 or 14 slot bags.
Level 41-60 characters will receive 16 slot bags
Level 61-80 characters are eligible for larger bags as materials permit.

Specialty Bags (profession specific):
Specialty bags will be made available to those providing Guild services.

How does the guild bank work?
We use WOW's Guild Bank System. Anyone can deposit into and (with some limits) withdraw from the bank. Blizzard allows all guild members to leave messages on each tab of the Guild Bank. Please use this message tab to request needed items that are not in bank or if you are having problems with the GB. We also have taken over/purchased several other guilds to use as guild banks (cheaper than buying a new bank tab!).

Do you use a voice chat program?
Yes. We prefer Ventrillo. It is a free program. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD. The logon information is in the Guild Members Only section of the Forums.

Complaints / Compliments
Any of the guild officers will be happy to help. Complaints are reviewed on an individual basis. If it's a problem with one of our officers, please contact MobileAlpha directly. Members are encouraged to let us know about all the good things they see regarding our guildies too!
